Trans Fair Day: Picnic in the Park

Many Genders One Voice with support from Queensland Council for LGBTI Health proudly present Trans Fair Day: Picnic In The Park!
A chance to celebrate for Trans, Gender Diverse and Non-Binary community and their allies to come together for acceptance and inclusivity.
This is part of Queensland's Trans Awareness Week Celebrations including Trans Community Awards and closing the week with Transgender Day of Remembrance.
Stay home if unwell or have cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath;
If you become unwell at the event, please seek assistance from Event Co-Ordinator
Bring your own blanket and snacks and hang out with the Community in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

Just because it's called the Trans community awards doesn't mean it is just about the Trans community, we see you in all of our diverse and amazing identities, expressions and bodies.
Trans Community awards is a night of celebration before we take a moment to remember those who are no longer with us all over the world on Transgender Day of Remembrance on November 20th.

We're going statewide this year for TDoR.
The Story Bridge in Brisbane will be lit up in Trans Colours to commemorate those that we have lost within our Trans communities worldwide through violence and suicide.
If you are having your own TDoR event, get in touch with us. We'd love to see as many communities and groups around the state holding their own events
